Modify the scheme of Directorate of Enforcement
The post of Director, Deputy Director and Asstt. Director in the Directorate of Enforcement are redesignated as DIG (Enforcement) Superintendent of Police and Dy. Superintendent of Police( Enforcement) respectively with immediate effect.
Sub- Inspectors of Police working in the Directorate of Enforcement, HP shall be officers in-charge of the Police Stations to which they are posted, with in the ambit of section 2(O) of the Cr.PC 1973
Scheme of Directorate of Enforcement objective and reason for creation of separate Directorate of Enforcement and staffing pattern for the Directorate of Enforcement.
Creation of Temporary Posts in the Directorate of Enforcement(HP)
Creation of a Directorate of enforcement to deal with economic offences and to prevent and detect leakage of revenue in Forest, Industries, Excise and Taxation, Transport, Civil Supplies and Cooperative etc. Departments
